 3. REMARKS: - Satellite PRN07 excluded on DOY 075 and 076 due to
               modelling problems.

             - Manoeuvre of satellite PRN25 on 17/03/94 at 16:11:30.
               We have estimated the following components in the
               orbital reference frame:
                  Radial    :    2 mm/s
                  Transverse: -154 mm/s
                  Normal    :   10 mm/s

            - Satellite PRN03 excluded on DOY 077 and 078 due to lack
              of observations.

 4. GROUND STATIONS: Altamimi and Boucher, IGS Mails 421 and 430,
                     ITRF92 at 1994.0 and localtie.tab.
