REMARKS on EMR's products:
1. Since ALGO had a large (~ 250000 ns) clock error until March 05 (0UT),1994,
FAIR hydrogen maser used as a time reference. In the sp3 EPH file sat.
epochs with no reference (e.g. FAIR not observing a satellite) have a value
of 99999. microseconds.
FAIR clock error & drift were about -1470 ns (49410) & -17 ns/day w.r.t.
GPS time.
2. PRN03 was removed from sp3 file on Mar02 (day 061), due to lack of data.
3. PRN28 was removed from sp3 file on Mar03 (day 062), due to lack of data.
4. PRN27 was removed from orbit processing on Mar 03 (day 062), due to
maintenance/repositionning.
