REMARKS on EMR's products:
1. ALGO hydrogen maser used as a time reference. In the sp3 EPH file sat.
   epochs with no reference (e.g. ALGO not observing a satellite) have a value 
   of 99999.999999 microseconds. 
   ALGO clock error & drift were about -340 ns (49550) & -23 ns/day w.r.t.
   GPS time. 
2. Starting with GPS week 757 we include an additional station DAV1. Due to
   data problems, the first one or two hours of data had to be deleted 
   every day (on July 19 excluded the whole day).
3. PRN27 switched back to AS on July 13/94 and remained in AS mode for this
   week as well.
