REMARKS on EMR's products:
1. ALGO hydrogen maser used as a time reference. In the sp3 EPH file sat.
   epochs with no reference (e.g. ALGO not observing a satellite) have a value 
   of 99999.999999 microseconds. 
   ALGO clock reset on July 07 at about 23:15UT. 
   ALGO clock error & drift were about -639 ns (49536) & -30 ns/day w.r.t.
   GPS time and -102 (49541) & -30 ns/day w.r.t. GPS time. 
2. MCMU (from july 04 (Day 185)) and RCM5 were not included in our processing.
3. PRN5 pseudorange data at YAR1 excluded due to data problems on Jul 04 (day
   185)
4. PRN12 set unhealthy up to and including July 8(day 189), it is included in
   our processing and sp3 orbit/clock files.
