*  Statistics for pre-earthquake days (January 2-17, until 12:31 UT on 17th)
** Statistics for post-earthquake days (January 17-22, after 12:31 UT on 17th)

S# = session number, # = number of daily solutions
sig = standard deviation of weighted mean (unscaled)
wrms = weighted root mean square error (repeatability)
nrms = normalized rms (can be used to scale sig)

Remarks: (1) PRN 17 was repositioned on day 020, 19:20 UT. Data after this
             epoch not included in solution.
         (2) Day 017 orbit solution includes pre-earthquake data only for PVEP and JPL1.
         (3) The Northridge Earthquake (surface wave magnitude 6.6) struck the
San Fernando Valley on January 17, 04:31 AM Pacific Standard Time,
12:31 UT. JPL1 and PVEP were displaced during the earthquake.
We circulated two memos on the earthquake (IGS mails 453&457).
Below are the coseismic displacements at JPL1 and PVEP based on
an analysis of data from GPS Weeks 0730-0732.

             The displacements at JPLM:

             North: -4.5 mm +- 3.1 mm
             East: 6.3 mm +- 3.9 mm
             Up: -6.4 mm +- 4.9 mm

             The displacements at PVEP:

             North: 10.2 mm +- 3.1 mm
             East: 0.1 mm +- 3.8 mm
             Up: -3.2 mm +- 4.8 mm

For the baseline length JPLM => PVEP:

             Before the earthquake: 54470.2180 +- 0.0018 m
             After the earthquake: 54470.2065 +- 0.0027 m

The coseismic baseline length displacement: 11.5 mm +- 3.2 mm
