Remarks: (1) Starting GPS week 730 (last week) we are using the ITRF92 coordinates
provided in IGS mails' 421, 430 & 433. The antenna and
receiver information are consistent with the file localtie.tab
from the IGS database at the Central Bureau. In our solutions,
we are constraining the coordinates of the 13 primary IGS stations
listed in IGS mail 430, except for the IGS/PGGA station at
Goldstone. This week we have loosened the constraints at these
sites to 5 mm in the horizontal and 10 mm in the vertical.
(2) Use PRN 5 orbits with caution.
(3) JPL1 has about 20% data recovery on day 015.
