PRODUCTS GENERATED:
The following products are generated and uploaded into CDDIS @ NASA/GSFC
EMR07300-6.SP3 GPS ephem. files for days 0-6, week #0730 in sp3 format
   EMR07307.ERP pole x,y and DUT1 solutions for week #0730
EMR07307.SUM name of this text summary file

REMARKS on EMR's products:

1. Starting with week 730 a new clock estimation strategy was used.
All station and satellite clocks are now estimated including ALGO.
The reference is given by the weighted average of ALGO and of
selected block II satellites with ALGO having the largest weight.
In the sp3 EPH file sat. epochs with no reference have a value
   of 99999. microseconds.

2. ALGO clock error & drift were about -2070 ns (49354) & -60 ns/day w.r.t.
GPS time. The clock was reset on Jan. 7/94.

3. Starting with week 730 our solutions are in ITRF92 as defined by coordinates
in IGSMAIL#430. The differences in the EOP for this week ITRF92-ITRF91 for
  the week 730 were:
      x(mas) -0.00092 +- .00008
      y(mas) 0.00033 +- .00019
