Anti-spoofing has been in effect since day 031 (Jan 31).  All analyses were
done using our current A-S strategy; see jpl07347.sum for details.

Tracking data from NLIB (North Liberty, Iowa) have been deleted for day 048
(Feb 17).  Inclusion of this site caused an excessive number of outliers in
our solution for this day.

WARNING: Data from NLIB have been excluded for day 048 (Feb 17) only.
