OUTLINE OF THE ESTIMATION OF GPS-ORBITS AND EARTH ROTATION PARAMETERS
AT THE ESOC PROCESSING CENTRE FOR IGS
J.M.Dow, T.Martin-Mur, J.Feltens, C.Garcia-Martinez, M.A. Bayona-Perez
Description of analysis for period 1994 Jan 30 - Feb 05
(week 0734)
1. SOFTWARE USED: GPSOBS/BAHN-Version 5
2. MODELS USED AND PARAMETERS ESTIMATED/FIXED:
For a description of models and parameters used ==> see IGS - Mail 51
For updates of the models and parameters used ==> see IGS - Mail 114 and
see IGS - Rep. 224,277
3. REMARKS:
- A.S. on from DOY 031 on for all the satellites with the
exception of PRN13, PRN12 and PRN03.
For getting better results, especially in our clock solution,
we have included in our processing four new stations equipped
with TurboRogues (HOB1, ONSA, PIE1 and TSKB).
As it is already known, we have detected biases in the CA pseudo-
range, that depend on the station (receiver) and satellite. We did
not correct for these biases, but weighted differently the different
pseudo-ranges to obtain our clock solution.
We expect errors in the clocks of the GPS satellites to be around
the 10 ns rms.
- Manoeuvre of satellite PRN16/SV-16 on 02/02/94 at 10:27:00
We have estimated the following components in the orbital reference
frame:
Radial: 5 mm/s
Transverse: -222 mm/s
Normal: -2 mm/s
4. GROUND STATIONS: Altamimi and Boucher, IGS Mails 421 and 430,
ITRF92 at 1994.0 and localtie.tab.
