REMARKS on EMR's products:
1. ALGO hydrogen maser used as a time reference. In the sp3 EPH file sat.
   epochs with no reference (e.g. ALGO not observing a satellite) have a value 
   of 99999.999999 microseconds. 
   ALGO clock error & drift were about -1001 ns (49697) & -10 ns/day w.r.t.
   GPS time. 
2. PRN29, 31 and 28 were removed from TAIW for orbit processing on Dec 11 
   (Day 345) due to modelling problems.
3. PRN19 was removed after 20:00 on Dec 14 and all day on Dec15, due to
   maintenance/repositioning.
