Beginning this week we use a model for diurnal and semidiurnal
variations in polar motion and universal time based upon the solution of
Herring and Dong [1994].
Also beginning Dec 10 we include data from Perth in our global solution.
Due to potential problems, data from the following stations were not
considered for use in the global solution for the day indicated. (For
geographical reasons, they may not have been used in any case.)
