According to the file nanu1994.mes obtained from the IGS CBIS, PRN24 was
declared unusable from 09:45 until 17:12 UT on day 333 (Nov 29) due to
repositioning. Convergence of the nomial orbit for this satellite exceeded our
tolerance on this and the following day as well, and was excluded from both
days' analyses.
WARNING: Data from PRN24 excluded days 333 and 334 (Nov 29, 30) due to a maneuver.
WARNING: Data from GRAZ and MATE excluded on day 334 (Nov 30).
WARNING: Data from NYAL, TAIW, and TROM excluded on day 335 (Dec 1).
WARNING: Data from MATE excluded on days 336 and 337 (Dec 2, 3).
In the following table, UT1R-UTC are the assumed nominal values from IERS
Bulletin-B predicts; estimated LODR values are also included. See IGS Mail
Message 97 for details.
