2. MODELS USED AND PARAMETERS ESTIMATED/FIXED:

3. REMARKS: - Manoeuvre of SVN24/PRN24 on 29/11/94 at 11:50 UTC.
We have estimated the following delta-v components
in the orbital reference frame:
Radial: -3.7 mm/s
Transverse: -170.7 mm/s
Normal: +0.5 mm/s
- We didn't use tracking data of the south american
stations SANT and AREQ (on day 337 we used AREQ) -
for the reason see IGSmail 0789 of 30 Nov 1994.
4. GROUND STATIONS: Altamimi and Boucher, IGS Mails 421 and 430,
ITRF92 at 1994.0 and localtie.tab.
