JPL ANALYSIS REPORT GPS-WEEK 0776 (DAYS 324-330, DATES 1994 Nov 20 - Nov 26)
******************************************************************************
Submitted by the JPL IGS/FLINN Analysis Team:

all at the Jet Propulsion Laboratory, California Institute of Technology,
Pasadena, CA 91109.

jpl0776[0-6].sp3 GPS ephemerides for GPS week 776, sp3 format.
______________________________________________________________________________
According to the file nanu1994.mes obtained from the IGS CBIS, PRN19 was
declared unusable from 12:54 UT on day 323 (Nov 19) until 16:12 UT on day 327
(Nov 23). Convergence of the nomial orbit for this satellite exceeded our
tolerance on day 324 (Nov 20), and was excluded from this day's processing
only.
Little data was available for PRN04 on day 326 (Nov 22). Similarly, PRN24 was
declared unusable for a six hour period on day 327 (Nov 23) for maintenance,
and there was little data from this satellite on the following day. Although
included in our analyses of all days, we have chosen to remove these satellites
from our orbit products as follows:
DAY sp3 FILE Excluded Satellites
----- ------------ ---------------------
326 jpl07762.sp3 PRN 04
327 jpl07763.sp3 PRN's 04, 24
328 jpl07764.sp3 PRN 24
Also the inclusion of data from PRN07 caused an excessive number of outliers
in our analysis of day 329 (Nov 25). We have excluded this satellite on this
day only.
Beginning day 323 (Nov 19, week 775), we include data from TMGO (Table
Mountain Gravity Observatory, Boulder, CO). The following nominal coordinates
were assumed, and the station locations have been estimated (unconstrained)
each day:
X = -1283383.9872 m, Y = -4713010.0693 m, Z = 4090189.6942 m
The TurboRogue receiver at KOSG was replaced with a Rogue on day 327 (see IGS
Mail No. 711). The pound sign in the ground station table for this site
refers to the use of pseudo-range data at this site for days 324-327 only;
the remainder of the week included only carrier phase data from this station.
WARNING: Data from PRN19 and MATE excluded on day 324 (Nov 20).
WARNING: Data from GODE and MATE excluded on days 325 and 326 (Nov 21, 22).
WARNING: Data from AREQ, HOB2, MATE, and SANT excluded on day 327 (Nov 23).
WARNING: Data from MATE excluded on day 328 (Nov 24).
WARNING: Data from PRN07 and WETT excluded on day 329 (Nov 25).
In the following table, UT1R-UTC are the assumed nominal values from IERS
Bulletin-B predicts; estimated LODR values are also included. See IGS Mail
Message 97 for details.
