REMARKS on EMR's products:
1. NRC1 hydrogen maser used as a time reference. In the sp3 EPH file sat.
   epochs with no reference (e.g. NRC1 not observing a satellite) have a value 
   of 99999.999999 microseconds. 
   NRC1 clock error & drift were about -302 ns (49578) & -15 ns/day w.r.t.
   GPS time. 
   (ALGO clock error & drift were about -740 ns (49578) & -28 ns/day w.r.t.
   GPS time.) 
2. The first few hours of data deleted at DAV1 (data problems) for
   most days of this week.
3. KOSG pseudorange data were excluded from orbit processing for this week
   due to problem data. 
4. MCMU pseudorange problem on Aug 15,19,20/94 (Days 227, 231-2). All
   pseudorange data deleted for these days.
5. PRN20 excluded on Aug 15 (Day 227) due to repositioning (by about 17km).
6. Modelling problems with PRN23 on Aug 17 (Day 229), most (70%) data rejected; 
   PRN23 was removed from FORT in the final orbit processing for Aug 17.
7. ALGO was deleted from processing on Aug 18 (Day 230), due to data problem.
