______________________________________________________________________________

Beginning with last week's analyses (week 759, Jul 24), we have expanded
our global network to include four new sites in the southern hemisphere.
One is a replacement for the receiver at Hobart, Tasmania, and the others are
Casey, Davis (both in Antarctica), and MacQuarie Island, (about 1500 Km SE of
Hobart). We have also added a site located in southern California, namely
Oat Mountain. Please note that for the new southern hemisphere stations, we
only include data for hours +3 to +24 (rather than the usual -3 to +27),
because of reported and observed problems with the data in the early hours of
the day.

The following nominal coordinates were assumed, and the station locations were
estimated (unconstrained) each day:

   CAS1: X = -901776.0326 m, Y = 2409383.7400 m, Z = -5816751.3018 m
   DAV1: X = 486853.8781 m, Y = 2285099.5799 m, Z = -5914957.7428 m
   HOB2: X = -3950066.0846 m, Y = 2522416.1577 m, Z = -4311637.9946 m
   MAC1: X = -3464039.2455 m, Y = 1334171.4266 m, Z = -5169227.5860 m
   OATT: X = -2524531.3823 m, Y = -4630086.3361 m, Z = 3577365.7487 m

WARNING: Data from PRN25 excluded on day 212.
WARNING: Data from KOSG excluded days 212, 213, 217 and 218 due to reported data problems.
WARNING: Data from MATE excluded day 216 due to reported data problems.

In the following table, UT1R-UTC are the assumed nominal values from IERS
Bulletin-B predicts; estimated LODR values are also included. See IGS Mail
Message 97 for details.
