REMARKS on EMR's products:
1. NRC1 hydrogen maser used as a time reference. In the sp3 EPH file sat.
   epochs with no reference (e.g. NRC1 not observing ) have a value 
   of 99999.999999 microseconds. 
   NRC1 clock error & drift were about -170 ns (49564) & -10 ns/day w.r.t.
   GPS time. 
   (ALGO clock error & drift were about -400 ns (49564) & -20 ns/day w.r.t.
   GPS time.) 
2. Pseudorange data problem at MCMU on Aug 01-03/94 (Day 213-215). 
3. Little or no data at HART on Aug 01/94 (Day 213). 
4. The first few hours of data deleted at DAV1 (data problems) for
   most days of this week.
5. KOKB data file was missing on Aug 04&06/94 (Day 216/218) and incomplete on 
   Aug 05/94 (Day217).
6. KOSG code data was excluded from orbit processing for the week 760.
