 6 - SUMMARY OF CONTRIBUTED EARTH ORIENTATION PARAMETERS SERIES
     This section gives the average precision of the individual series
 contributing to the combination and their average agreement with it. The 
 periods covered start at  the beginning of the first month in Section 1 
 and end with the last available value in the individual series considered.
     The complete list of measurements is available in the electronic-mailed
 version of Bulletin B in section 7.

    Units : 0.001" for x,y ,  0.0001s for UT1, 0.001" for dPsi, dEpsi.
