REMARKS on EMR's products:
1. ALGO hydrogen maser used as a time reference. In the sp3 EPH file sat.
epochs with no reference (e.g. ALGO not observing a satellite) have a value
of 99999.999999 microseconds.
ALGO clock error & drift were about -528 ns (49557) & -25 ns/day w.r.t.
GPS time.
2. NRC1 used as a time reference for Jul28/29 (day's 209/210), estimated
clock error and drift for NRC1 were about 135 ns (49561) & -20 ns/day.
3. AS was off on some satellites on Jul 28 and on all satellites on
Jul 29.
4. ALGO was deleted from orbit processing on Jul28 due to bad data.
(ALGO was the only station with AS on all satellites for Jul28)
