Beginning with the last day of week 719, we are again able to include GODE and
GRAZ without difficulty.  We are still investigating the cause of earlier
problems with these sites.

WARNING: Data from GODE and GRAZ have been excluded for all days of GPS week 719         EXCEPT day 296 (October 23).
