For this week's analysis, we have processed data from PRN05/GPS35 using normal
data weighting. The atypically large 8.24m value for orbit repeatability for
this satellite on day 276 (Oct 3) is caused by the deweighting of its data on
the previous day; see jpl07167.sum for more information. 

Also, data from GGAO (Greenbelt, MD, USA) were excluded for the entire week of
analysis, and data from GRAZ (Graz, Austria) were excluded for all days EXCEPT
day 279 (Oct 6). These data were not well modelled for most of week 717.
