Anti-spoofing was turned on for days 260-263 and 267-271 (Sep 17-20, 24-28).
Our analyses of days 262, 263, 267 and 268 were done using our new A-S strategy;
see jpl07147.sum for details.

According to the file gpsn3.txt obtained from tycho.usno.navy.mil, PRN23/GPS23
was scheduled unusable on day 263 (Sep 20) from 09:00 UT for up to 16 hours for
repositioning. We have therefore deweighted data from this satellite for this
day's processing.

Also, according to gpstd.txt (similarly obtained), PRN05/GPS35 was launched
on Aug 30, 1993 (day 242). Tracking and broadcast ephemeris data were available
as early as Sep 23 (day 266), however, we have chosen to exclude data from this
satellite for this week's analysis.

Data from WETT (Wettzell, Germany) were excluded from the analysis of day 268
(Sep 25); this site's data were not well modelled on this day.

WARNING: Data from PRN23/GPS23 have been deweighted for day 263 (Sep 20).
WARNING: Data from PRN05/GPS35 have been excluded for the entire GPS week 715.
WARNING: Data from WETT have been excluded for day 268 (Sep 25).
