______________________________________________________________________________
Anti-spoofing was turned on for days 302 and 303 (October 29, 30). Our analyses
of these days were done using our A-S strategy (data acquired in cross-
correlated mode were inadvertently omitted for day 302); see jpl07147.sum for
details.
According to IGS Mail Message #358, a change in receivers occured at ALBH
(Alberthead, Canada) on day 298 (October 25). We have chosen to delete data
from this site for the analysis of 298, and deweight it on day 299 (October 26).
Additionally, tracking data from HOBA (Hobart, Tasmania) caused an excessive
number of outliers in our solutions beginning with day 298. We have therefore
deweighted data from this site for the analyses of days 298-301, and deleted
them for days 302 and 303.
An atypically small amount of broadcast ephemeris data was available for PRN09/
GPS39 on day 303. This is indicated by the (n/a) in the Broadcast Ephemeris
Comparison table for this satellite and day. Also, the larger-than-normal
values of orbit repeatabilty for PRN's 20 and 31 on day 303 are due to de-
weighting of data from these satellites on the following day.
WARNING: Data from ALBH have been excluded for days 298 and 303 (October 25, and 30). Data from this site have been deweighted for day 299 (Oct 26).
WARNING: Data from HOBA have been excluded for days 302 and 303 (Oct 29, 30)
and deweighted for days 298-301 (October 25-28).
