 3. REMARKS: For day 140 (20 May 93) a manoeuvre has been announced for
             SV-29/PRN29  (CANSPACE mail of 04 May 93). We detected the
             manoeuvre at 12:58 UTC on day 140 and estimated a velocity
             increment of 140.5 <mm/sec>.
