REMARKS:
- PRN 7 not used in processing of week 700
- Starting with day 159 (3-days-solution 158-160) a new strategy is being used
  for the routine CODE solutions:

   * Small velocity changes in along-track and radial direction are estimated
once per revolution for the eclipsing satellites (with a priori
      constraints of 1.E-5 m/s).
   * Including the site HART (not fixed) and using more baselines.
   * Estimating the ERPs as a 1st degree polynomial per day with continuity
      conditions at the day boundaries.
