 3. REMARKS: For day 147 (27 May 93) a manoeuvre has been announced for
             SV-22/PRN22 (CANSPACE mail of 20 May 93). We detected the
             manoeuvre at 11:29 UTC on day 147 and estimated a velocity
             increment of 38.1 <mm/sec>.
