According to the file gpsn2.txt obtained from tycho.usno.navy.mil, A-S testing
occurred on day 130 (May 10) from 1500 to 2300 UTC for PRN27/GPS27 ONLY. Various
receivers were still tracking in cross-correlated mode until approximately
0500 on day 131. Because of this, we have chosen to exclude all cross-correlated
data and deweight all other tracking data for this satellite on May 10 and 11.

WARNING: Due to A-S testing, data from PRN27/GPS27 have been deweighted for days 130 and 131.
