Site MDO1 is at McDonald Observatory, Texas and was included starting week 700.
Nominal coordinates in km for MD01 were
X = -1330.0295,  Y = -5328.4680, Z = 3236.5468

Site KOD1 is in Kodiak, Alaska and was included starting week 701.
Nominal coordinates in km for KOD1 were
X = -3026.9538, Y = -1575.9145, Z = 5370.3371

GPS37 was deweighted for all days of week 701 except June 15.
