Remarks: (1) Bug in orbital overlap program due to leap second on day 182.
Orbits themselves are unaffected. Will update summary file later.
(2) Hardware problem with Rogue SNR-8 receiver at Pinyon Flat PGGA site.
(3) Lake Mathews and Palos Verdes data inadvertently lost on day 181.
(4) Hardware problems at Usuda.
