For this week's analysis, we continue to deweight data from PRN11/GPS08, and
PRN29/GPS29, as their repeatability results remain at the few-meter level.
As noted in the previous week's analysis report, solar radiation pressure was
estimated as a constant for PRN29 for Sunday, January 10 (day 010) ONLY.
The remainder of the week uses stochastic SRP estimation for all satellites.
Also, according to the file pub/gps/gpsn1.txt obtained from tycho.usno.navy.mil,
PRN19/GPS19 was scheduled unusable for up to 8 hours on Jan 15 (day 015),
beginning at 22:30 UT. Our analysis confirms that the behavior of this
satellite is poorly modeled on this day, as well as the following day (Jan 16),
where "day" means the 30-hr period centered on GPS noon of the indicated date.
The corresponding data have thus been de-weighted on both days, and we
recommend using the broadcast ephemeris during these times.
Starting this week we include data from GRAZ (Graz, Austria), PIE1 (Pie Town,
New Mexico, USA), and QUIN (Quincy, California, USA). The following nominal
coordinates were assumed, and the station locations were estimated
(unconstrained) each day:
GRAZ PIE1 QUIN
X(m) = 4194424.0960 -1640884.5670 -2517230.8830
Y(m) = 1162702.4560 -5014789.0820 -4198595.1840
Z(m) = 4647245.2890 3575445.0510 4076531.2530
WARNING: PRN's 11 and 29 (GPS08 and GPS29) show unmodeled behavior at the meter-level for week 679 and their data have been deweighted.
WARNING: PRN19/GPS19 is poorly modeled on January 15 and 16 and its data have been deweighted for these days.
