Beginning with the analysis of Feb 4, we have changed our data interval
from 5 minutes to 10 minutes, because we have found that the resulting
difference in the orbits, receiver locations, and earth orientation
parameters are small compared to the (estimated) accuracies of these
quantities.

Data from PRN11/GPS08 were deweighted this week, as in recent weeks.
Data from PRN29/GPS29 were also deweighted for the Jan 31 and Feb 1
analyses; beginning with Feb 2, its data are weighted normally.

MCMU data were not used except on Feb 1.

Data from VNDP were de-weighted throughout the week, not because we
suspect they are bad, but rather because VNDP is a relatively new site.

(In general, we remove or deweight data from specific sites in the
event that such data results in unusually large post-fit residuals in
phase and/or pseudorange, or in anticipation of such results.)

We denote the moved antenna at Kokee Park by KOK2 (instead of KOKB).
Data from KOK2 were deweighted for Feb 2 - Feb 5.

WARNING: Data from PRN's 11 and 29 (GPS08 and GPS29) have been deweighted for some or all of week 682.
