We continue to deweight data from PRN11/GPS08; daily repeatabilites for this
satellite remain at the meter level. Data from PRN29/GPS29 have also been
deweighted for this week's analysis. However, our orbit repeatability table
indicates that this satellite is now well-modelled. We will discontinue
deweighting data from this satellite in subsequent analyses. Furthermore,
what was PRN32 changed to PRN01 on January 28. Our files and tables for this
submission refer to this satellite as PRN32 for the entire week. For the next
submission (GPS week 682) we will refer to it as PRN01.

Two stations were deliberately removed from our analyses this week due
to anomalous data which caused post-fit residuals of phase and
pseudorange measurements to be hundreds of meters or greater. The
relevant sites and dates are:

      DRAO (Penticton, B.C., Canada)  - January 24 and 29 (days 024,029)
      MCMU (McMurdo Bay, Antarctica) - January 29 and 30 (days 029,030)

Also, we now include data from VNDP (Vandenberg Air Force Base). Data
from this site have been deweighted for this week. The following
nominal coordinates were assumed, and the station location was estimated
(unconstrained) each day:

      X = -2678071.2358 m,    Y = -4525457.5680 m,    Z = 3597434.3456 m

WARNING: Data from PRN's 11 and 29 (GPS08 and GPS29) have been deweighted for week 681.
