 3. REMARKS

  We had problems with the IGS data evaluation of week 682. Especially on day 31
  (31 JAN) we had bad convergence,  in particular for PRNs 12,13,and 18.  But no
  manoeuvre could be detected, and finally  the results  are consistent with the
  results of the other days.
