As in previous weeks, we continue to deweight data from PRN11/GPS08 and PRN29/
GPS29; repeatabilites for these satellites are at the 10-20 meter level.
The large orbit repeatability for PRN19/GPS19 on January 17 reflects the
maneuver of that satellite on January 16 (see last week's analysis report,
jpl06797.sum).

WARNING: PRN's 11 and 29 (GPS08 and GPS29) show unmodeled behavior at the                10 meter-level for week 680 and their data have been deweighted.
