Stations and satellites listed in the following WARNINGs were either
deleted or deweighted in the processing this week. The stations not
used on Dec 12 do not necessarily reflect a problem for those stations
on that day.

Data from VNDP caused an excessive number of oultiers beginning Dec 16.

WARNING: Data from GGAO, GRAZ, HOBA, KOKB, and KOUR were not used on Dec 12.
WARNING: Data from PRN04/GPS34 were deweighted on Dec 12-15 and Dec 18.
WARNING: Data from PRN04/GPS34 and PRN07/GPS37 were deleted on Dec 16-17.
WARNING: Data from VNDP were deleted on Dec 16-18.
