PRN09/GPS39 was not modeled properly for the analyses of day 339 (Dec 5). We
have therefore deweighted data from this satellite for this day only.

Regular processing resulted in an apparent outlier for the measurement of LODR
for day 341, presumably because of correlations between satellite parameters
and LODR. We therefore re-analyzed this day with our AS strategy, not because
AS was in effect, but rather because it puts very tight constraints on the
solar radiation stochastic parameters.

WARNING: Data from PRN09/GPS39 have been deweighted for day 339 (Dec 5).
