For this week's analysis, we continue to deweight data from PRN09/GPS39. Also,
according to the file gpsn3.txt obtained from tycho.usno.navy.mil, PRN21/GPS21
was scheduled unusable beginning at 20:50 UT on day 210 (July 29) for up to 12
hours for maintenance. There were no broadcast ephemeris data available for
this satellite on day 211, as noted in our Broadcast Ephemeris Comparison table.
Because of this absence of data, satellite parameters for PRN21 were initialized
based on the following day's solution.

Tracking data from HART adversely affected our analysis of day 206 (July 25).
We have therfore not included data from this site on this day. Data from HART
and MCMU have been excluded from the July 28 analysis as well.

According to IGS Mail Message 305, the antenna at KOKB (Kokee Park) was dis-
placed on day 207 between 20:10 and 21:45 UT. We have subsequently excluded
data from this site for this day's processing.

WARNING: Data from PRN09/GPS39 have been deweighted for the entire GPSweek 707.
WARNING: Data from HART have been deleted for days 206 and 209 (Jul 25, 28).
WARNING: Data from MCMU have been deleted for day 209.
WARNING: Data from KOKB have been deleted for day 207 (Jul 26), as the antenna was temporarily relocated.
