Beginning this week, we have stopped deweighting data from PRN11/GPS08; orbit
repeatabilities are at the sub-meter level as indicated by the corresponding
table. It was also decided that PRN22/GPS22 be deleted indefinitely, as the
mismodeling of this relatively new satellite has caused our LODR estimates
to be skewed on various days of analysis.

Additionally, we have resumed including tracking data from MCMU (McMurdo Bay,
Antarctica) as they have been cleared for usage by JPL GPS Network Operations.
Lastly, starting with April 8 (day 98), we weight data from the new site BRMU
normally.

WARNING: No warnings for GPS week 691.
