We continue to deweight data from PRN11/GPSO8; orbit repeatabilites for this
spacecraft remain at the meter-level. Except for March 8 and March 9, data from
PRN22/GPS22 have again been deweighted, as it is a relatively new satellite.
On days when PRN22 is poorly modelled, as measured by orbit repeatability, LODR values get skewed. On days when this satellite is well modelled (like March 8th
and 9th), LODR has a reasonable estimate.

Data from MCMU and FAIR have been excluded for the entire week of analysis
in accordance with IGS Message Nos. 209 and 212. Also, we have excluded
data from DRAO for all days except March 13 (day 72), as a replacement clock
has been installed at that site (see IGSMESS.217). As in last week's analysis,
we have again deweighted data from the new site NLIB.

WARNING: Data from PRN11/GPSO8 have been deweighted for the entire GPSweek 687.
WARNING: Data from PRN22/GPS22 have been deweighted for all days EXCEPT days 067 and 068 (March 8 and 9).
WARNING: Data from FAIR and MCMU have been excluded for the entire GPSweek 687.
WARNING: Data from DRAO have been excluded for all days EXCEPT day 072 (Mar 13).
