   EARTH ORIENTATION AND SITE COORDINATES FROM THE CENTER FOR SPACE RESEARCH 
                          SOLUTION CSR92P02

     Earth orientation parameters were derived from GPS doubly differenced 
phase data during IGS Week 650 through early in Week 662.  
    Mean positions for all sites except Kokee Park, Wettzell, and Fairbanks
were adjusted using a noncontiguous 54 day subset of the above data span in 
a simultaneous solution with the polar motion.  For the remainder of the days,
site positions were held fixed to the adjusted values.  The positions of Kokee
Park, Wettzell and Fairbanks were fixed to the values of the GSFC VLBI solution
GLB718 rotated and translated into the SLR defined CSR91L03 frame, and 
propagated to 1992.6.  The a priori polar motion and UT1 were derived from 
Lageos laser ranging (constrained by IRIS VLBI at periods > 60 days) produced
operationally at UTCSR for inclusion into the IERS rapid service bulletins.
    The force and measurement models used for this solution conform generally
to the IERS/IGS Standards, with the following exceptions:
     1) The mean gravity field was TEG-2, a state of the art gravity
        field computed at the University of Texas Center for Space Research.
     2) The ocean tide model was an enhanced version of the Schwiderski model
        extrapolated to include 80 consituents complete through degree and
        order 20, assuming admittances which vary linearly with frequency.
     3) The solid tide model has been expanded to include third degree and 
        fourth degree terms.
     4) The geogravitational constant, GM, was 398600.4415 km3/s2.

In the solution file, most optional fields are set to zero, but the
rms for days included in the global adjustment of the site positions
is set to the global rms predicted for that solution, 1.49 cm.  This
number is consistent with that for the days run individually with
site coordinates fixed at the adjusted values.  The number of satellites
used is included, although the number of stations is the total possible
chosen for that day, not the actual number that observed, which may be less.
The total sites processed and adjusted at some time during the interval from
weeks 650-661 (the span of this solution) are:
Pinyon, Wettzell, Fairbanks, Kokee Park, Onsala, Madrid, Kootwijk, Ny Allesund,
Mas Palomas, Santiago, Yaragadee, Hobart, Townesville, Wellington, Westford, 
Mojave, Goldstone, Tidbinbilla, McMurdo, Algonquin, Yellowknife, Hartebeesthoek,
Usuda, PAMA, Taiwan, and St. Johns. 
The coordinates of the adjusted sites are available from M. M. Watkins, UTCSR

Details:
     1) AS days after day 221 are NOT included, but
        AS days 201,202,208,209,215,216 and 221 ARE
        included, and are not artificailly downweighted.
     2) PRN 12 was not included on days 173 - 196
     3) Usuda was not included after day 222
     4) PRN 24 was not included on day 196
     5) PRN 24 was not included on day 197
     6) PRN 20 was not included on days 238-240
     7) Codeless receivers at Wellington, Townesville
        and Hobart were included from days 201-249
     8) Westford and Mojave were included from days 215-221
     9) Goldstone was included starting day 232
