A-S testing was not active for the duration of this GPS week, hence all seven
days are included in this report. However, according to the file
pub/gps/gpsn4.txt obtained from tycho.usno.navy.mil, PRN28/GPS28 was scheduled
unusable for up to 8 hours on Dec 17 (day 352), beginning at 03:35:00 UT. Our
analysis confirms that the behavior of this satellite is poorly modeled on this
day. The corresponding data have thus been de-weighted, and we recommend using
the broadcast ephemeris.
Additionally, we continue to de-weight data for PRN's 11 and 32 (GPS08, GPS32),
which still produce repeatabilites on the order of a meter.
WARNING: PRN's 11 and 32 (GPS08 and GPS32) are poorly modelled at the meter- level. PRN28 (GPS28) is poorly modeled on Thursday, Dec 17.
