Time:  1330-1530 UTC, 0930-1130 EDT
Reason:  Network upgrades
Activities affected:  All CDDIS file ingest and distribution services will be unavailable. GNSS real-time services are unaffected.

We recognize the critical importance of CDDIS to your work and deeply apologize for this outage. As this is a brief maintenance window, it falls below our threshold for failover activation to our disaster recovery site.
