[IGSMAIL-8711] CfP for Genesis IAG/ESA Combination Pilot Project

Dear Colleagues,

the upcoming Genesis mission requires for the first time a rigorous 
combination of the satellite orbit in the ITRF-combination. In order to 
test and assess the feasibility of procedures for orbit combination at 
normal equation level, the IAG WG 1.1.1 jointly with the ESA Genesis WG 
1 issue a Call for Participation for a Combination Pilot Project that

We are looking forward to a participation of multiple expert groups, 
joining efforts for finding optimum procedures for consistent 
realization of a future ITRF containing Genesis observations. Please
