Dear IGS community,
we're excited to invite you to our Splinter Session happening this Friday from 14:30 to 16:00 UTC! This session will bring together updates and future plans from both the RINEX committee and the newly established LEO-PNT Pilot Project.

RINEX
On the RINEX front, we'll be assessing and discussing a newly received proposal from BIPM, so your insights and feedback will be especially valuable.

LEO-PNT
For LEO-PNT, we'll dive into a proposal to evolve RINEX in order to accommodate the latest LEO constellations. Additionally, there will be insightful presentations from receiver manufacturers and system providers sharing the current status and future plans for LEO-PNT.
