[IGSMAIL-8689] Three BeiDou PRN changes on 17-Apr-2026

Dear colleagues,

CSNO/TARC has announced another three BeiDou PRN changes for tomorrow, 17-Apr-2026:

PRN of BDS-3 IGSO-02 will be reallocated from 39 to 7

PRN of BDS-3 IGSO-03 will be reallocated from 40 to 8
https://www.bdsupport.cn/notice/noticeDetail?id=1007&lang=en

PRN of BDS-3 GEO-02 will be reallocated from 60 to 2
https://www.bdsupport.cn/notice/noticeDetail?id=1006&lang=en

The IGS satellite metadata file has been updated accordingly and decommissioning times for the three BDS-2 satellites have been added: https://files.igs.org/pub/station/general/igs_satellite_metadata.snx
