[IGSMAIL-8685] Welcome the new director of the IGS Central Bureau

Dear IGS colleagues,

the IGS Central Bureau is a core element for keeping the daily business 
of the IGS running and coordinate its components. Since Allison Craddock 
left JPL in September 2025, Camille Martire has taken over the 
leadership as the acting CB Director, alongside her substantial role as 
Deputy Director and Executive Secretary.

During the 73rd meeting of the IGS Governing Board, Scott B. Luthcke was 
confirmed as the new director of the IGS Central Bureau, and Camille 
Martire returned to her role of Deputy Director.

First of all, we want to thank Camille Martire for her work as acting 
Director over the last seven months. At the same time we welcome Scott 
Luthcke as the new CB Director.

We wish the new team at the Central Bureau much success and we would 
like to thank NASA Headquarters for their continuous efforts in 
supporting IGS.
