[IGSMAIL-8666] igs20_2405: Update including Updated antenna model for BDS-3/QZSS and BDS-3 signal switch to B1C/B2s

The absolute IGS antenna correction file (igs20_wwww.atx) has been updated.
The new release is called 'igs20_2405.atx'. It contains the following changes:

1) According to IGSMAail-8653: Updated antenna model for BDS-3/QZSS and BDS-3 signal switch to B1C/B2a

2) GPS III extension for nadir angles beyond 14 degrees adjusted according to Conrad et al. 2023

3) The preliminary PCO values for GPS BLOCK IIIA satellite G081 do not correspond with the estimated (see on https://webigs-rf.ign.fr/zpco). Therefore the z-PCO has been adjusted by -70mm

4) According to the IGS satellite metadata file<https://files.igs.org/pub/station/general/igs_satellite_metadata.snx?_gl=1*a69uf*_ga*NTU2NDgyMzczLjE3MzI0NzU1MTA.*_ga_Z5RH7R682C*MTc0MTA5ODU4MC4xNS4xLjE3NDEwOTk0OTMuNjAuMC4w> two new Galileo satellites (E233 and E234) has been added

5) According to the IGS satellite metadata file<https://files.igs.org/pub/station/general/igs_satellite_metadata.snx?_gl=1*a69uf*_ga*NTU2NDgyMzczLjE3MzI0NzU1MTA.*_ga_Z5RH7R682C*MTc0MTA5ODU4MC4xNS4xLjE3NDEwOTk0OTMuNjAuMC4w> one new GPS BLOCK IIIA satellite (G082) has been added. Preliminary PCO values have been copied from GPS BLOCK IIIA satellite G081.

6) 9 new receiver antenna calibrations which have been performed by Geo++ GmbH:

              KOLK60          NONE
               RSIRENO2        NONE
               RSIROVA3        NONE
               STHALPS1        NONE
               STHALPS2        NONE
               STHG8           NONE
               STHINSIGHTV3    NONE
7) 2 copied receiver antenna calibrations:
               TPMTPS76        NONE (copied from CHCI76 NONE)
               TPMTPS95        NONE (copied from CHCI93 NONE)
  According to the manufacturer the antennas are identical in construction
