[IGSMAIL-8657] IGS cumulative SINEX solution: switch to IGc20 frame

Dear colleagues,


Upon user request, an update of the IGS cumulative SINEX solution was just released, following the switch of the IGS final products to the IGc20 reference frame (see IGSMAIL-8634<https://lists.igs.org/pipermail/igsmail/2025/008630.html>). The corresponding files are available at ftp://igs-rf.ign.fr/pub/2401:
 * IGS0OPSSNX_1994002_2026017_00U_SOL.SNX.gz: full SINEX file (~4 Gb)
 * IGS0OPSSNX_1994002_2026017_00U_CRD.SNX.gz: full SINEX file without covariance matrix
 * IGS0OPSSNX_1994002_2026017_00U_DSC.SNX.gz: associated discontinuity list (now consistent with the ITRF2020-u2024 / IGc20 discontinuity list)
 * IGS0OPSSNX_1994002_2026017_00U_PSD.SNX.gz: associated post-seismic deformation models (now consistent with the ITRF2020-u2024 / IGc20 post-seismic deformation models)
 * IGS0OPSSNX_1994002_2026017_00U_SUM.SUM.gz: long-term stacking summary

The 8-week update cycle of the IGS cumulative SINEX solution will now resume, with the next update to be provided after the IGS SINEX combination of week 2409.
