[IGSMAIL-8642] Server switch for downloading products from AIUB at CODE

Dear colleagues,

as you have noticed within the last year, the FTP server is not running 
stable anymore. We are pleased to announce a new download solution our 
dissemination of the CODE product files, LEO orbit series and supporting 
files for the Bernese GNSS Software.

We are planning to decommission the old system by end of June 2026 (the 
definitive date need to be coordinated with our IT department and will 
be communicated later). So we will have half a year overlapping time 
where you can test your download system with the new environment.

What will change?

ftp://ftp.aiub.unibe.ch
- FTP will not be available anymore after June 2026.
- Please replace your download by https-based option
   (e.g., wget or curl -LO)

http://www.aiub.unibe.ch/download
- will be switched to https://www.aiub.unibe.ch/download
- your download script should still work with the new environment
   if you download file-by-file (no wildcards are possible with https).

- File listing possible via web browser download as today using
   https://www.aiub.unibe.ch/download

www.aiub.unibe.ch/s3test
- During the parallel test phase, the URL 
https://www.aiub.unibe.ch/s3test acts as a test environment for the 
final configuration
