[IGSMAIL-8631] Delay in IGS Rapid products of 2025306 [SEC=OFFICIAL]

Dear Colleagues,

There was a delay of about 3 hours in the availability of the IGS combined Rapid products for the year 2025, day 306 (GPS week 2391, day of week 0). The delay was caused by an unexpectedly low memory available in the combination server, which resulted from unused background processes. The products have now been generated and deposited to the global data centres.

Apologies for any inconvenience this may have caused.
